10.16.25 - 10.18.25 Mom and Dad stayed 2 nights here to enjoy Pismo Beach clamming and Avila Hot Springs, which the location is needed for. Rooms were clean, but as you know, it's a motel. Great location, not good for breakfast as it's just Danish and coffee, but is safe and is fairly clean. They would stay here again. The rooms were reserved by our church senior group leader for each of the couples who went on the short trip. Parents said the walls are SUPER THIN and you can hear every conversation spoken at normal tone by neighbors on either side. So, advising against loud.... shenanigans to save face.
10.16.25 - 10.18.25 Stayed 2 nights for clamming on Pismo Beach and Avila Hot Springs! Nice, clean motel. Breakfast is a Danish and coffee. Walls are very thin, you can hear everyone's conversation clearly :/ We would stay again!
The room was great but the only thing is the water for the shower in my room was not heated enough it was lukewarm warm water and never got hot
I didn’t know what to expect with the hotel being a days inn some are great some are not. But this hotel exceeded my expectations. When we arrived the lady who checked us in was so welcoming and nice she even gave us restaurant advise. The room was good size we got a 2 queen with an infant toddler and two adult it was perfect size. I was shocked how clean it was, we recently stayed at a days inn in San Diego and it was not a good stay but this hotel was amazing all around. They do have a pool that was nice but we went to the beach.

Manager Viki Patel is the best — super nice, welcoming, and always ready to help guests. The rooms are spotless, and housekeeping is top-notch. They also serve complimentary breakfast every morning with fresh juice and coffee, which makes a great start to the day. The property has a lovely outdoor canopy area with heaters at night, perfect for relaxing or spending time with family and friends. There’s also a heated and cold pool, making it enjoyable in any weather. Overall, my experience was absolutely amazing. Everything from the cleanliness to the hospitality was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel, thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay!
Clean rooms, the linens were immaculate, there’s Apple parking, front desk was nice, it was an overall great stay.
Booked last minute. It was a good price! Alan helped us at the front to get checked in, very swift and easy. Our rooms were nice and clean. Not super big rooms but good enough space for a quick stay and a family of 4! Would definitely stay here again
